Our Approach

Our collaborative approach to delivering sustainable building projects is summarised here.

1) Sustainability Masterplanning
Our approach on construction projects is designed to enable an optimum outcome for all stakeholders. This approach means that local authority planning issues can be handled in a constructive and collaborative manner.
2) Design
We undertake outline and detailed work on all elements of building projects including in particular liaison with national/international agencies and universities on delivering optimum sustainability solutions
3) Project Management
We recognise the need for attention to detail and quality in delivering projects to time and budget

We have a unique position as joint developers in the reintroduction of some old (but very effective, economic and sustainable) methods of construction. In collaboration with our various university partners in the UK and overseas we can provide some unique design solutions for a range of different projects.
